My PC has been restarting on it's own and running slow. I have completed the steps from READ & RUN ME FIRST BEFORE ASKING FOR SUPPORT. Here are my log files.

PS.. I got a pop up stating that my firewall is deactivated. How do I get it working again?

This does not appear to be a Malware related problem.

<< The installed version of Java on this compter is out-dated. Install Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 5.0 Update 10 available from Sun Microsystems. Uninstall all older versions of Java on your computer, before installing the latest version of Java. >>

    Do the following:
    1. Right-click My Computer, and then click Properties.
    2. Click the Advanced tab.
    3. Under Startup and Recovery, click Settings to open the Startup and Recovery dialog box.
    4. Clear the Automatically restart check box, and click OK the necessary number of imes.
    5. Restart your computer for the settings to take effect.

The nest time your computer goes to reboot, because of an error, you will see the Blue-Screen of Death. Copy down the exact error message and start a post in th e software forum.

Hi the Java version you need is this one from that page linked, but we have now hosted it on our site for easy finding .... here >>>>>>> http://www.majorgeeks.com/download.php?det=4648

Yes, the information Shadow gave you above is the best and only way to determin what the Blue Screen code means, as many variables can cause blue screens, so its not best to blindly guess a fix as it maybe wrong and make your PC much worse.... the codes hold all the info.
