Restoration Datat Recovery Support

    I have ran the program and recovered the files. Looking for support on next step. Any help?

    Thanks to all for the recommendations. I tried 3 types of data recovery programs and was only able to retreive .bak files. Could not find any of my word docs that I needed. I figure the biggest goof I did was after delete I defragged. Bad move. Strong case for back-up!
