   My husband's computer has major viruses and spyware that SpySweeper/Antivirus cannot remove. A notation says that one is in the memory. I have tried a few things to no avail. Question: If I use the Restore DVD that came with the computer, will it restore to factory settings and get rid of the viruses and spyware? Thanks!

   Yes...the restore DVD will wipe your system and take it back to factory settings ..and also wipe all your data and documents.
