Restore Lost E-drive Documents, Photos

    Yesterday I mistakently and foolishly deleted documents and photos on my external E-Drive.

    Microsoft Support tells me I would need to use a 3rd Party app. to restore these files but that Microsoft cannot recommend one.

    So here I am seeking help.

    Can someone recomment an app. or other means to restore these files in a manner that a novice can comprehend.
