robertbiferi I can't follow the rules

I have win7. Home Premiume and I googled how mutch space I need for my restore points.

It told me I just need around 300 MB so I go into my restore settings to ajust how mutch space it uses.

I bring the slider all the way down and it says 1% and it says the space it will use is 4. GB.
I have a 500 GB hard drive I just want to know were can I type in how mutch space I want it to use?

Set your percentage at about 10% and this will cover most situations. Where did you get 300mb from?

Hmm, I recently flushed all but the most recent restore point and saw that 1 restore point on my machine is 592.8 MB=abt. 0.58 GB. IMHO 1% in restore points is just not enough, do the math. Better be safe than sorry. (I've got a 500 MB HDD as well)
