Restore tabs after CClean?

This seems like such a petty question and I wouldn't even ask it EXCEPT I had all my Christmas shopping done in my tabs. :cry

I've used both CCleaner and Spybot for years, but had no idea they would wipe out my tabs because I'm rather new to the joys of having a million tabs open during any given browsing session, then saving them for the next time.

After cleaning up a bit I opened up Firefox to find my tabs gone. Is there any way to restore them?

I'm sorry amy, but as far as i'm aware they are gone for good.

I do hope somebody tells me i'm wrong though :/
