'restorer_32' error is coming?

hi to all.

m using win xp. the following error is coming. shutdown process is also taking much time as well showing some error in the end on blue screen. any guidance?....regards.

When you have read and followed that guide's steps for Win XP *very carefully*, you then need to start a New Thread in the MajorGeeks 'MALWARE REMOVAL FORUM' (not here) and post the scan logs required:

NB: There is one immediate point of important advice for you to change one of your habits concerning your 'desktop': Do NOT use the 'Desktop' as a storage/filing area - your screenshot shows a badly messy Desktop with all kinds of files saved to it. This creates the easiest and most accessible PLAYGROUND for malware!
You need to save everything *except simple shortcuts/desktop icons to programs* elsewhere (such as 'My Documents') and not on the desktop itself.
