Retail Sales and Service: Funniest Experience?

    Here is a thread especially for those of us in retail PC sales and service.

    What are the funniest, most bizzare or most frustating experiences you've had to deal with when working with customers?

    I'll start things off with a few of my own.

    * (from 1995) The customer who attempted to return a PC due to a "broken cup holder." When I explained breaking the CD drive by attempting to set a beer mug on it was not covered under warranty he spent 10 minutes reading me the Riot Act.

    * People who complain the Wi-Fi on their notebook isn't working - especially when they don't have a Wi-Fi router or are attempting to connect to the Starbucks three blocks away.

    * "I have a ten year old PC. How can I make it fast enough to play World of Warcraft?"
