Retailers, resellers and repair - new sub-thread?

What are your thoughts on asking the Major Geeks' Administrators to create a "Sales and Service" topic in the Forums for those of us on the retail sales and service end of things?

My thought is it will address ideas and experiences on topics including:

• Business management (profitability)
• Loss prevention (theft, liability)
• HR Issues (both employer and employee)
• Handling customer service issues
• Experience with vendors
• Marketing tools and tips
