Returning A Notebook

    I purchased a notebook from Walmart with Windows 10 S mode. I booted it up, finished installing Windows, did NOT connect to the internet, and just changed some privacy settings. I then noticed issues, and want to return.

    However, the notebook arrived with camera, microphone, etc turned on. I had to turn them all off. Hence, I do not know what information about me may be on this notebook.

    What can I do to make sure the computer is as I received it, with no information on it, before I send it back?

    I would say you are being way to paranoid and you should just return it.
