Reverse goodsnyc 2.9.14

hello iam using goodsync 2.9.14. i tryed to back up some files but i accidentally did it in reverse. so i lost the files on both my computer and my external harddrive about 500 files 2 months of work. is there any way for me to reverse the process. please help

Not quite understanding how you actually managed to achieve that, but anyway, there are various apps here that help with recovering data loss. Undelete Plus is a good app http://www.majorgeeks.com/downloads38.html

Just an FYI...the version of GoodSync you are using is fairly old. You can get the latest here.
