Reveton/ Citadel ransomware nothing working

    I have a customers computer here with the FBI Reveton/ Citadel ransomware. I has so far ran: Malware bytes, Tdsskiller and Anvisoft. I have done a ms config and disabled everything and have attempted to run Combofix but it never reaches stage 1. Anyone have any more ideas for me on this?
