Review, Please

Cleaning up a computer given to a family member and would like to make sure it is clean. I followed the instructions in Read Me.

CCleaner-- found 3 cookies

SpyBot-- found nothing

CounterSpy-- Sort of strange results. First run showed Wild Tangent adware cookie left from uninstall of bundled software. I saw no option to quarantine. I forgot to search for updates prior to running the first time so ran second scan after updating that provided the "no spyware found" result. I'm attaching the second scan.

I had no option to connect to internet in safe mode to run the other scans per instructions.

There is no sign of malware on those logs.

 

Thank you for taking a look. Still some non-malware clean up to do but thought I'd have the logs reviewed before I do an uninstall of diagnostic programs and some of the unneccesary junk on this machine. This particular machine is running WinME and lives up to its "unstable OS" reputation. But, since its only going to be used primarily for web surfing and homework by a young teen, it should serve its purposes just fine.
