Revolutionary bike 'too quiet'

First off that's pretty damned As a bicycle commuter I dig anything that shrugs off fossil fuels. No, I ain't no tree hugger, but I like that ideas folks are comming up with.

Second off, I realize that this thing can be improved:
Make the top speed 80- 90 mph (travel across I-80)
Give it some type of solar component (possibly the body casing) for a battery trickle charge, or alternator, and regulator that would keep the cycle of energy to the motor constant at speed (say start cycle process @ 45mph) for long trips.
Perhaps a combination, small turbines from the wheels to the engine, and solar trickle charge tandem to keep the battery at top charge at all times.
Endless possibilities, and you should be able to cruise for a long, long time.

Eh, I guess I forgot about rain storms that could be an adventure!
