Hello...I am fairly confused abouthow to use this site and quite ignorant of much of what I have been attmepting to do with it. I have a malware problem...69.50.190.131, among others, apparently. I have been through the tutorial and attmepted to follow it thoroughly, but am unsure if I actually did. I have run all the scans as directed, saved logs, etc. some things were found, some were not cleaned and I honestly don't know what they are or what to do next. Help? Not sure how to find all the logs, and am a bit confused about how and when I should attempt to upload them for viewing by anyone with suggestions.

Make sure to post the logs exactly like the instructions say. It makes it easier for them to help you..
