riva tuner

    Well, Ive never used it before, and cant figure out how I can use it to overclock my new 9800Pro.
    Feel kinda dumb asking, but, alas, I must.

    On the Main tab, under Target Adapter -or- Driver Settings, click the little triangle to the right of the word Customize... then click the leftmost icon (the one that looks like a video card) in the little toolbar that appears. That will bring up the Overclocking dialog.

    I know Riva Tuner works for Nvidia cards, but not sure if it does for ATI cards... :confused:

    I'm pretty sure that Riva Tuner is for NVidia chipset cards only and therefore prety much useless for ATI cards.

    For ATI, I use either 'Radeonator' or '3d Prof', (as part of the new Catalyst driver package)<recomended>
