Roboform Hotkey Problem

I asked Roboform Support for ideas about this, but not getting anywhere, suggestions would be great.

When I use RF to open tabs and work w/in them, at first the RF hotkeys work for a while and then get mixed up. Alt + X should drop down my logins menu and it will instead repeatedly open the options dialog menu. Alt + m should take me to the Matching Passcards on the RF toolbar, instead it does something else and takes me to one of my homepage tabs. Alt + Tab to switch windows always breaks. Sometimes I have the Texter program open as well, but I don't think that has anything to do w/it. It 's marginally better with the latest RF update, so maybe it's a bug in the 7.0 beta versions, but I don't know

I've reinstalled RF, switched keyboards, tried a gpedit to disable windows hotkeys, checked for stuck keys & lowered keyboard sensitivity. I do not think it's occurring in any other programs, but my son may have noticed that right after this happened one day, some WinXP keyboard shorcuts didn't work.

The keyboard mixup may have something to do with flash websites, and sometimes the shortcuts start to work again. It's just a real pain. I do have FF installed - I'll attempt to use RF in FF and pass on if I have the problem there as well.
