Rollback Rx-Fragmentation Problem

I have installed the restore utility called "Rollback RX". I would rather use it than System Restore, but I seem to have a problem.
After installing it, I just happened to do a defrag of my system. It showed a whopping 822(!) fragments for this file, rollback rx. The rest of my disk was okay.
I would not think this to be normal. I used the built in defrag tool the software has, but to no avail. I then used a couple external defraggers but cannot seem to defrag the file, which of course is the initial snapshot of my system, the only one I have retained.
