Root Repeal Report: MBR Rootkit Detected, how do I get reid of it?

I've done all the steps in the Malware removal guide but things are still thrashing along. Not sure what to do next. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

The report file is too large to attached at 2,786 K, please advise.

I did run MGtools, I was unable to attach the log because the file size was too big. However, I ran more scans that indicate my problem was fixed and now that I've defragged the drive my computer is running quite smoothly.

So I think I'm good.
