Rootkit or Trojan ?

I think i may have a root kit and/or a trojan i have just ran a full clean out at MG's, i have Ccleaner SAS and Mbam all there all updated and everything seems to be running fine although, when i run ccleaner i notice that there is a stack of WD scan results, and also WD dosen't run automatically to get the updates and hasn't done so for a long time now and i have to keep re-setting my wuauserv all the time to get that running so as to get the updates, as i said i have just last week done a clean out, and now this, so i am now thinking was it there all the time and the other things i've ran just don't seem to have picked this up. All the above items where ran under the supervision of others and there was even a Combofix ran and i ran rootrepeal.rar but to no avail.
I recently added the addon in FF called Better Privacy when i open this through its options tab it has a notification please see attatchments, no matter how much i clear it it just comes back.The other night late on the evening i was trying to access BC and i couldn't even if i put the IP address into the address bar, then all of a sudden my comp crashed so i rebooted and it opened with a window asking me to register my Vista product key, so i done that and my comp opened with a message in the bottom right corner saying i had an invalid copy, i have only had the comp for about 18mth, confused you soon will be, so i restarted and low and behold it was back to normal, so i am totally confused all together, i've even been in touch with my ISP and asked them to change my IP but they say that my IP is dynamic and is leased and i have to wait nearly a month before i can have it changed. I've even tried ipconfig /release then renew but no can do stuck with IP. Also the other night when i checked my programs you will see the attatched file and see if you can spot the changes, after the reboot it is back to normal.

Please can someone help i'm totally :confused as to what is happening :banghead

 

Sorry got it wrong when i said rootrepeal.rar it was actually Sophos anti rootkit from BC's site !
