Rootkit Problem

    Hi everyone,

    Earlier this afternoon I was browsing online when the anti-virus I use (well, used now...it was Microsoft Security Essentials) popped up with something and then refused to re-start itself.
    I downloaded the free trial of Malwarebytes and ran that; it found the Rootkit.0Access and a trojan which reappeared when I tried to remove them.

    I've followed the READ ME FIRST thread and have attached the relevant files.
    Apologies for putting the HitManPro xml file in this post but I couldn't upload it as the xml file.

    I would really appreciate any help you can give me as I have a lot on my laptop that I would get pretty annoyed if I lost!!

    Please download ComboFix to your desktop and run it. Attach the log when it is finished.
