Rootkit Problems?

    According to AVG's anti-rootkit scan, we have a bunch of corrupted sections of win32k. AVG sometimes crashes when scanning the file. I've looked through the stickied posts, but the computer still won't stop freezing. Attached are the GMtools logs and the log from AVG. Can you help us fix the computer?
