rootkit ruining my comp!

    Ok so Im not the most savy computer expert and i do apologize! (LOTS) But its kinda a simple question.
    But my AV picks up on infected files but can delete them or put them in Chest. It did a boot scan and the same happened. It saw that it was infected and couldn't delete or move.
    My computer has gone UNBEARABLY slow and i cant even play WoW (NOOO!)
    Ive read your pre thread thingys to how to prepare for malware removal and what to do. I have started it and loaded Super Antispyware as told to.
    Its currently running around my computer and found 7 threats.
    Is there anything else i can do? Will this clear the problem completely?

    You need to complete all the step in the Read and Run First instructions and attach the requested logs. In addition, you should also run this:
