RootRepeal Error log

Hello

I am running through the read me first an I have ran into problems with RootRepeal. I have 6 crash reports in total. 5 of which all say:

ROOTREPEAL CRASH REPORT
-------------------------
Windows Version: Windows Vista SP2
Exception Code: 0xc0000005
Exception Address: 0x004cbf6b
Attempt to read from address: 0x00000004

and the other one says:

ROOTREPEAL CRASH REPORT
-------------------------
Windows Version: Windows Vista SP2
Exception Code: 0xc0000005
Exception Address: 0x0040ab12
Attempt to write to address: 0x00000004

Any ideas why it crashed? Thanks

Complete ALL of the below steps including the specific malware removal cleaning instructions for your Windows Version.

If something does not run, write down the info to explain to us later but keep on going.

Do not assume that because one step does not work that they all will not.

Sorry! Should have known better. Thanks for being so patient. Would it be better for me to start a new post with the log files once I am done or would you prefer I just post the log files at the end of this post? thanks again
