I have my WiFi Router 7. Inches right next to my WiFi Printer.
Every now and then my Printer goes OffLine.

And I have to get UnPlug or Re Connect the WiFi again to the Printer.

Is this because I have the Router to closs to the Printer?
I thought the WiFi comes Off the Router like a Babble so the Printer will be in the Babble because it is right next to it?

    Not a clue about distance.
My router is upstairs and my wifi printer is in the basement. They are about 75 feet apart. The printer is not connected to any computer; there is no "babble" that you are muttering about. There is nothing to unplug except the power to the printer. I don't touch that and and I don't touch the router upstairs.
I turn on the printer and make sure the bluelight on the wifi is on. If not, I press the icon (there is no button just a a touch sensitive area). When the blue wifi light is on I can print to that printer from any computer that has the driver for that printer installed. I select that printer because I have multiple printers installed and I want to be sure I pick the correct one.

Your problem should not be because the printer is too close. It is more likely some interference from something else. You can try separating them, reorienting the router's antennas or, if internal antennas, rotating the router. If the printer supports Ethernet, that would be your best solution.

No doubt he means "bubble" - a bubble of RF that envelopes all his devices.
