Routerscan+username Password With <tab>'s [0x09] Ascii/ansi Only, No Unicode

This was the only place I saw close to what fit my question. Gonna help a bud secure his home router tomorrow. One thing he wants us to do while there is see if he can brute it once we are done. This leads me to my question.

I have crunch on my kali. Not used it a huge amount. Spent some time with it yesterday attempting to make a worldlist to use. I need one that will look like this --> username password . One column down will be the usernames and the second column down is the password. Problem is I have never done one with this layout. Can this be done with crunch or do I need to use another tool. I will be using routerscan to do this part and it requires this layout with a tab of <tab>'s [0x09] as well as this ---> ASCII/ANSI only, no unicode. I want to have everything set up before I get over there. Can anyone provide me some assistance with this.

Gonna get a couple more hours shut eye but will check back first light.
