Run dll error on start up - anyone know?

    Hi there,

    I have recently got rid of a nasty virus from my Vista laptop...not sure if this is relating to this problem, but it only seems to have occured since...

    On start up, I receive a Run DLL message which says the following:

    Run DLL
    Error loading C:\Users\Liam\AppData\Local\Temp\jkkKawuV.dll
    The specified module could not be found

    Anyone have any idea what that is? I'm guessing it's to do with something that is NO LONGER on my system, but I don't want it to keep coming up when I start my laptop - anyone know how to remove it?
