Run me first mistake--should I continue?

I have been following the steps for the run me first, but realize I have made some mistakes.
I usually use McAfee antivirus, so I uninstalled AdAware.
When prompted to run ccleaner, I clicked on the link for recommended software of pctools registry cleaner, and purchased registry cleaner.
Later when downloading the anti-spyware softwares, made the same mistake as above, purchasing (with a discount from my earlier purchase) pctools spyware doctor with antivirus.
Finally I realized what I was doing wrong and went back to the ccleaner link. This time I downloaded from the top bar--though I am not sure I have downloaded what I was supposed to--I downloaded WinSysCleanX.
Then I went back to downloading software, and have run a scan with the Spyware Dr., SUPERAntiSpyware, and with the Malwarebytes Antimalware.
I have since realized that I am running two Antivirus software programs.
I have attached the logs for SAS and MBAM. I can not figure out how to access a log from Spyware Dr.

My question, do I begin again, do I uninstall Spyware Dr. and pick up where I left off or do I take a different action?
