run time error

i am trying to install a program that i bought off the internet. the progrma name is locksmith pro ver 4.2. the program installs onto my computer fine but when i try and click on any of the interactive buttons i get an error " Runtime Error 2147467259(80004005) Automation error Unspecified error.

the program that was used to write this software is visual basic 6. My computer is running in xp service pack 3. this computer is only 1wk old

this software works on a nother computer that i have and it works perfectly fine.

what could be casing this and hos can i fix it.

any suggestions would be reatly appreciated
