run time errors &...

im getting a lot of run time errors when i click on things in aol and they ask me to cancel to debug i was woundering how do i fix this prob...

and my sec prob is when i download stuff mostly small files it ask's me what programe it needs to open in to run or somthing like that all i know is that after these downloads they dont work when i tell them to work on like aol or explore... i just tryied they first two that were listed...

3rd questions is whats BIOS stand for and whats dose it mean lol i was just woundering?

 

What are the runtime errors? Be a little more specific on what the error actually states.
