RunDLL popup at start-up

Good morning.
This is my first post on this forum as I have just discovered it. I've been experiencing an annoying popup on my computer the past couple of weeks, and am hoping that you guys can help me solve the issue. On start-up only (when desktop appears) I get a RunDLL popup that says "there was a problem starting C:\users\phil\app data\roaming\whapli.dll. The specified module could not be found". My computer is a Dell XPS 8300, with Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit if that helps. Thanks much for your time, and for any help you guys might be able to offer. I will also add that I am no computer whiz.

• Save it to your desktop.
• Right mouse click on the OTL icon on your desktop and select Run as Administrator
• Check the "Scan All Users" checkbox.
• Check the "Standard Output".
• Change the setting of "Drivers" and "Services" to "All"
