Rundll: The specified module could not be found...

    and then random jibberish .dll files. This happens at startup and anytime *most* .exe files are run... it will however let me load MS IE. I cant even open "my computer."

    I have no clue what's wrong, but i know it is infected with something... attached are my MGtool logs.

    Any help would be much appreciated.

    You need to run ALL of the READ & RUN ME. MGtools should not be run until all of the other steps have been completed. Thus you need to do this now.
    Please follow the instructions in the below link and attach ALL of the requested logs when you finish these instructions. Make sure you accept the license agreement for TrendMicro HijackThis as stated in the instructions for using MGtools. Also make sure you stop using MSconfig as requested in step 1 of the READ ME.
