RUNDLL32.EXE and userinit.EXE

I think i need majour help as the things i need is:

1.fix the RUNDLL32.EXE error when i try to access control panel and other things

2.fix the no icon and no toolbar everytime i log in even though i know how to fix it straight away its still a pain and may be linked to my RUNDLL32.EXE and USERINIT.EXE problem.

3.I need to know what software i need to stop this from ever happening again.

4.Since this whole problem has started my computer is feeling slower and im getting popups.

5. what i have tried is spy bot scan RegCure scan but i havent got the payed for version,Eusing scan'Registry mechanic.. ive also tried stopping anything from loadng in startup via the msconfig deal and two things always start back up when i disable them..

also something to note is that i no longer have any system restore points to restore to,which is extreemly odd seeings as i have had this computer for months and it only dates back to YESTERDAY!

also i realise that i will need to give more info and i will monitor this post as much as i can til the problem is fixed.

 

:-D havent worried anyone and fixed the prob myself with the legendary wonderful praiseful program malwarebytes.
