Rundll32 Problem

    OS Winme

    On selecting printer properties "colour management" I get the following message............"rundll32 has caused an error in user.exe rundll32 will now close".... any suggestions please?

    Try removing your printer drivers, then re-installing them. Or go out on the internet and find the "latest and greatest" version of your drivers and install them instead....

    Already tried that,but it made no difference :eek:

    You might make sure Windows Updates is current. You might also try scanning for virus. Is this the only time you get the rundll error?

    Windows updated as far is it can "only critical updates are now supplied for WinMe"

    Checked for virus,none found.and yes this is the only time I get this error message
