   Which software is affected?
   
   The full error message and software affected is crucial info to aid in finding the fix for you as their are many various runtime 429 errors and fixes dependent on software affected.
   
   
   also maybe worth installing or re-installing VB6 which has the runtime files http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...61-7a9c-43e7-9117-f673077ffb3c&displaylang=en

   Thank's for the reply to my request, the program is the dreamfleet 727 aircraft configuration utility. that states " you do not have an appropriate
   licence to use this functionality.
   
   This is a payware aircraft not a free downloaded one.
