s3 ViRGE M5 driver?

    I have an older Sager notebook pc and the manual says it uses an S3 ViRGE M5-VGA Controller...I got a clean hdd, installed win98 (that's how old it is...233mHz..6.4Gb hdd) and now the video options only allow for sixteen colors and 680-480 or something or other resolution (I'm not looking at it and I havent got these things memorized quite yet...) but it was (before the corrupt hdd) 1024x768, and 256 colors...what do I need?
