Safe mode only works =S

    Hello i do not know if you can help me but recently my computer has been acting up firstly when i loaded up games the computer froze and i had to restart manually and then after i woke up to a new day and turned the comp on it sounded fine and on screen was the loading xp with the blue bars going along the screen after this it went blank after 10 secounds it comes up with a fuzzy blue or white screen and after says no signal i tryed turning it on again in safe mode and it worked fine but the icons are big and it dont let me do things i want to do i also tryed last good config but also did not work i have come to a "theory" i think :) that it might be due to a type of virus? so i was wondering if anyone could look at a hjt report and see if anything comes out please help me if you dont think its a virus please inform me so i know.

    Hello i have wred through tht and i cannot perform the Msconfig as it is surpose to be ran in normal mode :**** MSconfig must be set for Normal Startup mode **** And i cannot run my comp in normal mode or my computer will not work and will have to be manually reset and put in safe mode?

    also the ccleaner will not install it comes up with administartor has prevented this or something like that anyway around this.

    Sry it says this when i try to install ccleaner : The sytem administrator has set policies to prevent this installation. do you know how to get rid of this?

    Sry to be a bother but also does this with superantispyware can you plz let me know how to stop this from happening? :cry

    Just continue with the instructions....if something doesnt work, move on. We need to at least see the MGLogs and if possible the ComboFix log.

    I am not seeing any malware in those logs......but I did see that you have both Avast and Norton install, which is probably the major cause of your problems. You need to uninstall one of them.

    Then re-run the scans and attach them.
