   I read the tutorial...I downloaded and installed and updated and was ready to scan and defeat! But when my computer started in safe mode, it just showed "safe mode" in the bottom corners and nothing else but black. I hit ctrl/alt/dlt and that menu popped right up, so something was running OK.
