Safe Mode Screen Too Small

Hello,

I am trying to follow the instructions in the READ & RUN ME FIRST thread so that I can ask for support.

I managed to download all the programs. However, when I reboot into Safe Mode, it does not fill the entire screen. It only takes up a small square within the center of the screen and the surrounding portions are black.

It is very difficult to run all the malware removal tools in this small screen. Is there a way to adjust the settings so that the Safe Mode screen works likes it's supposed to?

 

If you are having trouble running stuf in safe mode, then run the scans is normal mode.
