I have used safehouse encryption before ad it worked fine. I have tried to install it on my windows 10 PC and when it opens it doesn't open all the way. The right side is half missing and I can't see or check the "I agree" box. My mouse doesn't allow me to strech the sides of it or the top or bottom I used a program to strech the sides but it still wont allow me to see the full app. Does safehouse work on windows 10? Is there anything I can do to install this app? Thanks

Is it Safehouse explorer or safehouse encryption? Where did you download it from? Did you check what OS's it works on?

    Dr. Moriarty,
Yes that is the product. Downloaded from cnet It is installed on my USB scandisc cruizer 64 GB . That USB stopped allowing me to save pictures and stuff to it so I am wanting to install it on a new USB. Nothing I do will allow me to install the program. Any ideas? I have a windows 10 Dell Inspirion PC

Yes I followed them. When it opes up after I downloaded it the window is only partially open. My mouse is not able to enlarge or strech the window to view the full contents. I can not see the entire right 1/2 side of the window thus I can not click on the accept box. It is not visable

I guess a question is can it be used on a windows 10 OS?

Is your screen resolution set too high? I have to adjust my norm of 1366x768 down to completely view the GUI of a certain application that I use.... try reducing yours.
I'm not using Win 10 so I can't test it for you.

Thanks again. I tried to reduce the resolution but to no avail. I did send a question to them but they didn't respond. I will send another one

I don't think it will run on W10. The Safehouse homepage, link in post #3, says requires XP thru 8, but no mention of Win10. I noticed the site copyright date is 2012. While many download sites still list it, I didn't see any review type discussions since before that time. I did find a report Peter Avritch was no longer president and the company was inactive.

I saw somewhere else, he is listed as the CTO of Leadfire, the only company member, circa 2014. An interesting sidenote is Peter purportedly designed the first Energizer Bunny screensaver about 20 years ago, for Win95-3.10 Sorry I missed that one. So, it appears PC Dynamics and Safehouse Explorer is an orphan situation.

Thank you for your time and effort. It was much appreciated. I think you are right and it will not be compatable on windows 10. I was wondering why I never received a reply from Peter Avreitch or anyone on the safehouse site. It was the easiest encryption program to use. I tried a couple of others but didn't seem to do it right. Any suggestions for a program similar to safehouse. Again thank you so much.

Sandy, thanks for the information about safe house explorer. Mine is also Windows 10 x 64
I guess it must be my computer that won’t let me download a working app. I am baffled but guess ther is not much I can do.
