SafetyDefender Malware Problem

Hi there. I'm having problems at the moment with the dreaded SafetyDefender malware. I've been through the instructions to delete SpyQuake, and it's been partially successful. My homepage no longer defaults to their torrid little website (www.safetydefender.com), and I'm able to reset it as I wish. However, I still have the flashing icon in my system tray, insisting that I have a virus.

I was unable to find Spyware Quake in my Add/Remove programs function. Similarly, I couldn't find any of the .dll files listed (nor any of the other files or folders the instructions recommended I delete). Anyway, I've been through the full process and attach my smitfiles.txt. I'd be extremely grateful if someone would be able to help me get rid of this thing altogether.

I have also run a full system scan with Norton, Spybot and BPS Spyare-Adware Remover.
