    Hi guys
I'm back with a brand new problem. I'd like to move several apps to the microsd card in my brthers phone. particularly the Spotify app. I heard thy this can be managed with that help of a program that I can download on my PC. But I'm reluctant to try without guidance as this isn't my phone and baby bro will go nuclear if I murder his phone. So hoping for help from you all.

There is generally an option in Programs to move them to an SD Card but only if that option is not greyed out for a specific App. Some apps wont allow it.
The alternative is only good if the owner of that phone does not want any further updates to the Android version, and the phone is not still within its warranty - that option is to ROOT the phone but that will invalidate the warranty and it will no longer receive Android OS updates, though there is still a manual update option after but it is far from simple.
I have used King Root on my older back up smart phone and it works well but I wouldn't use it on my main smart phone yet.

    Move apps:

Change save location to SD card:

As it is not your property, I too advise against rooting it, unless you are prepared to replace it or face your brother's wrath.

I own a J3Emerge; you don't need any app to move a program to the sd card - provided the app allows it.
I think I moved 5 apps. (One I moved back because the icons kept changing to a generic with sd on it. I didn't like that so I moved it back to the main storage).
I don't have spotify installed so I can't tell if it has an option to move to the sd storage.

Swipe down and tap settings, then Applications. Tap the app and then tap storage. If you see a button labeled Change, you can move the app. If Change doesn't show, it can't be moved.

If Spotify can't be moved, perhaps some others can be moved to give him more room on the phone.

    Hello again!
None of his apps are flagging as movable to his 64g SD card.
Im posting a link to the information that I found on how to do this.
I think this is considered a rootless method? Im not very clear on it though.

    There is no rooting involved.
