Samsung Recorder/mp3 player

I have a samsung yp-t7jz/xaa recorder with the cd for my computer. However, I now have Windows 7 and the cd is only for xp. I can listen to the songs but cannot download them to my computer. Is there anyway I could download them to the computer or get the cd to work with windows 7? Please advise.

According to Microsoft, no software is needed in order to detect the device. There is a troubleshooting guide that explains how to sync your player to Windows Media Player. Samsung no longer offers emodio. Look under "Software and setup" It explains what software can be used and how to transfer files. You want to click "Set up a device to sync in Windows Media Player" Hope this helps.

I found Emodio. I cannot say that it will work for your player but you can download it here. It works on Vista so it should work on Windows 7. It is under the software tab. Not sure which version you should use.
