Sapphire Radeon 9550 fan fell OUT!

I have a Sapphire Radeon 9550 graphics card, went to look at my motherboard to get the model number to upgrade my RAM, and I discovered the fan on the graphics card had fallen out of it's case and was hanging there.

I got the pins holding the case off (by squeezing the ends a little w/ needle-nose pliers as suggested in this forum).

I can't get unplug the fan - I'd mutilated it if I hadn't snipped the wires & separated them to prevent them from touching each other or anything else.

I'd like to replace the fan, but I don't know how to get the plug out and would appreciate suggestions on a quality replacement.
