Sata driver mcp73t-ad

    Hello,

    I have an Acer Aspire X1700 Desktop computer on which I would like to install Microsoft Windows XP, instead of Windows Vista. I am currently looking for the SATA driver for the following motherboard, which is in this desktop:

    MCP73T-AD

    Could someone please help me find this driver?

    Fixed it, changed the SATA mode from AHCI to IDE in the BIOS.

    I am doing the same thing with a X1700.
    I have XP installed but I am having a hell of a time finding the network card driver, and the all the others for that matter...

    Did you ever get the whole thing going?

    If so, could you post where you found the drivers?

    I got it figured out... I downloaded the software for the nForce 630i from NVidia and that took care of what I needed, not the modem though.
