500 gig hd
4 gigs ram

alrighty so i have a satellite l675d with windows 7 it was upgraded to 10 but couldnt run it so was restored back to 7 the built in keyboard and mouse worked but now have stopped altogether. Usb mouse will work but usb keyboard says its a code 19 ive done a clean install ive deleted the driver rebooted samething what else can i do that doesnt require me typing on it?

"I solved the problem like this:

You need to have remote access to the PC, as no keyboard will work locally!

Open the registry and go to:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE -> SYSTEM -> CurrentControlSet -> Control -> Class -> {4D36E96B-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}

delete all upper and lower filter keys - but only those!

reboot and the keyboard will be recognized!!!!"
