Saturday!! OMG!!

I'm getting married on Saturday and am as nervous as heck!

My brain is no longer functioning normally (whatever that is) so if I say anything wierd this week (wierder than normal anyhow) just ignore me! I know I can rely on you to do this...hehe.

Haha...now funny you should say that...we did joke about this only a few days ago. We plan to have fun with our wedding...there is a little american tradition, a little english tradition and a whole heap of tradition chucked out of the ceremony.

The guests will enter and be seated to some very serene and tasteful music. Lull them into a false sense of security that they have come to a very formal wedding. My fiance's sons are dressed up as Secret Service...they will lead my fiance up the aisle to Vanessa Mae's funky version of Donna Summer's old disco hit "I Feel Love".... handcuffed...the condemned man. After the service they will handcuff us together as one. That's just a taste of some of the fun we are going to have.

 

Do what I did, consult with Dr. Jack Daniels all day, all night, all the time, till its time

LOL. That sounds like fun. Just make sure YOU have a key to the cuffs. Being cuffed together for your honeymoon sounds somewhat romantic, right up to the point where you need to change clothes. Beware the practical jokers.

 

Thankfully the cuffs are from the Dollar Tree and my husband-to-be is a timberfaller...so if all else fails we get the chainsaw out LOL

 

I've done the wedding thing a couple of times and let me assure you that it's really not that bad. Take a deep breathe before you walk down the isle and only look at your groom. If at some point you want to run ..... do it! If you don't run, then congratulations girl.
