Savetheinformation.com popups . . .how can I get rid of them?

Hi, recently I started noticing these "savetheinformation.com" popups on Internet Explorer (I use firefox) with the fake virus removal/security/defender ads. . .I've done a fair share of browsing around on this site and haven't been able to really come up with a solution. I have read the "Read & RUN ME FIRST Before Asking for Support" page and followed all the directions on there. . .

Can someone help me get rid of these please? Thanks in advance for anyone able to help!

 

Ok, sorry about that and thank you for replying. I just completed running all the programs and have attached the logs. . .


There was a problem with the ComboFix program. It ran all the way through its scan and i followed all the directions, then it would automatically restart my computer and upon restarting, it would freeze and the ComboFix window read "Generating Log" or something to that effect. I was able to find a log it made in the C:\ComboFix folder. . .and that's what I have attached.

 

. . .It seems that i'm having trouble uploading the MGLogs.zip file. . .it's only like 68 kb and it's taking forever, getting stuck on the "Uploading File(S) Please Wait" screen.

any suggestions?

 

Chaslang - I have already tried clearing the cache and refreshing multiple times, to no avail.

And yes there was a problem with the ComboFix program as I stated, it would run all the way through then restart my computer and then freeze while it was "preparing the report". . .it stayed stuck on this screen for like an hour and i gave up.
