Saving Vista's Internet Options Settings

There MUST be an EASY way to do this... I simply want to periodically, at my discretion, save the following data/settings in my Vista Ultimate 32-bit PC's Internet Options, in these categories:
1. Security --> Trusted Sites --> Sites tab --> Websites. I want to save ALL of them in one simple operation.
2. Privacy --> Sites --> Managed Websites. I want to save ALL of them in one simple operation.
3. Privacy --> Pop-Up Blocker --> Settings --> Allowed Sites. I want to save ALL of them in one simple operation.
4. Privacy --> Advanced. I want to save ALL of the customizations I have made, in one simple operation.
5. Advanced --> Settings. I want to save ALL of the customizations I have made, in one simple operation.

My most IDEAL method would be to have one simple operation, that performs ALL of the above, 1-5 items.

[BTW, I'd love to do the same for all my customized settings in each of the software components of my MS Office 2007 Pro. When I had the 2003 version of this suite, there was a sub-component utility/tool called "Microsoft Office 2003 Save My Settings Wizard", but sadly this is not in the latest suite. Dialogue with MS folk was both unproductive and 'waffle-ly" .]

Any suggestions, recommendations on how to EASILY accomplish this, either Internally or Externally (via some separate software that is available), would be HIGHLY APPRECIATED !
