SBot online update picks up old files (2007) is it a problem?

Not sure if this post belongs here but I'll give it a try.

Since my last virus attack I'm a little paranoid. I had to reinstall Spybot and I updated it manually. when I tried to update it online again I notice that the three files that SBot tries to update are rather old. Is that normal?
- IE plugin update 1.6.1. 794KB 2008-09-24
- Immunization database 546KB 2007-07-25
- TeaTimer update 1.6.2 886KB 2008-09-24

Even if I run the manual update again these keep showing up.
I haven't updated yet online, should I?

Yes, I'm running the last version of spybot, and manually updated it. I thought it was weird that after apply the latest update manually I still got those 3 files from the online update.
Anyway, I guess I was just being paranoid.
